Gerard McGee has fifteen-year plus track record in the IT and Communications industry, holding senior roles across technology strategy, architecture, delivery and operations. ANZ operates in 32 countries globally and operates 36 Contact Centres, one of Gerard’s key responsibilities is to lead the technology transformation to uplift the Customer and Banker experience within this key channel that services over 100M customer contacts per annum with a global agent footprint of 7000.
